Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Dense Shade Mix grows with as little as 3 hours of sunlight. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 60 degrees Fahrenheit and 75 degrees Fahrenheit or air temperatures are between 65 degrees Fahrenheit and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. We recommend using a Scotts spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label).
